A commercial EPC ( also known as a Non-Domestic Energy Performance Certificate) is required when a property is being sold or leased. A commercial EPC covers hotels, offices, restaurants, retail premises, leisure and medical facilities.

If your building currently has an EPC it may not be valid if you have made significant changes to the building after the EPC assessment. Its also worth obtaining an updated EPC if you are looking to reduce the building's carbon footprint. As Non-Domestic Energy Assessors we can advise on where best to begin and the potential incentives available to you.
