  • The Customer refers to the purchaser

Payment terms and conditions

Access

Access to be arranged upon booking. If access into the property is prevented or partial, a charge of the total invoice amount for the service may apply as per discretion of the Company.

Definition of a room, other areas and square metreage

  • A room is defined as an internal space which can be accessed via a door or opening that either/or has a window or light source. Can be used for habitable or storage reasons and exceeds 4 m2. It is the discretion of the attending Property Professional as to the final classification of an internal area. Where a room count has been over or under estimated the Company will seek to redress.
  • Where the Company fee is calculated in accordance to the square meterage of a property being supplied either by the Customer or third party, the Company will seek to redress if the actual square metreage is greater than 5% of the supplied square metreage.

 

Fees and payments

  • PMMServ. ™ withhold the right to change these fees and discounts at any time. The Company will honour quoted fees within a 28-day period.
  • Unless agreed in advance documents will not be released until payment has been received in full.
  • £40 per hour waiting time may be charged on delays.
  • A £40 admin fee plus printing costs are payable for each hardcopy report required to be sent in the post.
  • Unless agreed in advance documents will not be released until payment has been received in full.
  • In the event of any account remaining unpaid after its due date, then payment for all goods, delivered or collected at any time including after the over due date to which the account relates, shall become due forthwith.
  • To charge interest 8% above Bank of England base rate on all sums outstanding between the settlement date and the date on which payment in full is actually received.
  • The company shall retain title to any reports/documents until full payment has been received by the company.

Cancellations

  • Written notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations/postponements without incurring charges. If notice is not given before this period, a charge of £45 may be incurred.
  • Where a property is without electricity or a main source of heating, The Company reserve the right to postpone or cancel and seek reimbursement as per sub-heading “Access”.
  • Where the condition of the property is deemed uninhabitable for use, hazardous to health or being used for illegal activity, The Company reserve the right to postpone or cancel and seek reimbursement as per sub-heading “Access”.

 

DECLARATION BY CUSTOMER

I am duly authorised by the applicant business to enter into this agreement on its behalf. I agree that payment of your invoices will be made strictly in accordance with the credit terms stated thereon. I recognise that if payment of your invoices is not made by the due date for payment, it may result in further charges being applied.
